It is a must to take care of yourself. Pour into yourself.  Create an oasis that helps you to be calm.  I love to take the time to relax and be in tune with my feelings.

There are different kinds of ways to relax.  We live in a busy world where we are working so hard until we burn out. But God wants us to rest in him and be calm.

 

God is in the business of collecting the broken pieces of our lives and melding it together to create something beautiful. God created us to be his treasured possession. When you lean into God, you are at ease and at peace.

 

 

Psalm 37:7 Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him". 

 

Here are some self-care ideas that you can do. Relax and restore. Enjoy God’s presence while taking care of yourself.
