I love blessing my crown because I love to enjoy the art of relaxing. By blessing your crown, you are taking care of your whole body. Thinking positive, getting good rest, doing some fun brain activities that keep your mind sharp and thriving. There are many things that you can do to bless your brain/ bless your crown.
Your crown (brain/ mind) is delicate. Seek and find peace. allow yourself to feel divine presence radiating within and around you. May the aromas of your life grow strong with grace and the nutrients that enhance your growth in love.
