I enjoyed creating and thinking outside of the box. Especially when I am doing it for my daughter Alice-Valentina. My daughter is one and she already loves the aesthetics of reading books. She likes to talk and point at the words and uses many expressions.
I created a portable reading nook for her. Just a warm comfy rug, soft pillows and a lamp makes the nook inviting. She enjoys spending time in her reading nook. I used a basket and flipped it sideways to make it as a bookshelf. The baskets are just 5.00 at FIVE BELOW. The rug was 5.00 at FIVE BELOW. The lamp and pillows were under 15.00.
Being frugal and creative is a great combination when you are doing a fun project.
