MEDITATE MORE ❤️⭐️






Hello my Kawaians,

     I just love to mediate.  The morning, afternoon and night! I love to meditate with unscented candels  and beautiful flowers.  I have my yoga mat and do a little bit of yoga, and ten begin to mediate.  I love to calm down and perform breathing exercises. 
    I read my bible and wisdom books to be enlightened.  Try to find the best meditation for you.  Even if it's just 20 to 40 seconds.  It makes a big difference. Calm your mind everyday.  You will reduce a lot of stress.
