Homemade spinach, chicken and mushroom Alfredo soup. So creamy and hot! I add some rice for richness.
All you need is a bag of chicken and beef broth, chicken,Alfredo sauce, spinach and mushrooms.
*** I prefer the broth and Alfredo sauce from the glass jar!!!! Less sodium.
Pre cut and simmer the mushrooms and chicken in the skillet first. Then boil the broths and a jar of Alfredo sauce together. Stir until the liquid is even. Add a little seasoning for taste. Add the spinach and the chicken and mushrooms in the pot with the broths.
Keep stirring the pot until it's hot and the spinach is cooked. Voilà!!! You have some great soup!!!!
