Sleep and the right kind of sleep is great for you!!!! I am getting older so I make sure that I treat my sleep like it is a spa day or I should say "Spa Night". I always make sure that...
1. Have soothing music
2. Apply Garnier Night Face Cream. This is a great product when you want to look and feel refreshed in the morning.
3. Lots, Lots, Lots of pillows!!!! Yes!!! I have 9 pillows like its a hotel in my bedroom and it works!!! Prop yourself and make yourself comfortable with lots of pillows.
4. Lavender under or inside the pillow covers are great!!! it soothes and calms your nerves and smells great!!!
5. Pillow mist by Bath and Body Works is always a must!!!!! Spray some on your pillows and smell the beautiful aroma.
Also, try sleepy time tea by Celestial Seasonings before going to bed. It helps me!!!
