Hello my Kawaians,

     It is very important that we as human beings have an effective invitation to a healthy life and environment.  We have to declare that we as human beings need to start being happy and love our lives.  I go thru a lot in my life, but I have to remember that I have to love myself first and take care of myself, my career and future.  We cannot be wrapped up in stress.  What is stress?
     Stress is an external force that causes a person to become tense or upset, as the internal state of arousal, and as the physical response of the body to various demands.  I am not going to go thru in detail, but there are nearly 300 studies over 4 decades, researchers have distinguished 5 categories of stressors. Here are the 5.

1. Acute time- limited Stressors

2. Brief Naturalistic Stressors

3.  Stressful Event Sequences

4. Chronic Stressors

5.  Distant Stressors

     Not all stressors are negative, but we have to be aware of what kind of stressors we take into our lives.  The positive stressors are called "EUSTRESS". The "EUSTRESS" challenges us to grow, adapt, and find creative solutions in our lives.  So lets bring the "EUSTRESS" in our lives and enjoy what life has to offer.

     This season, start walking in the park and think about the positive things that you could do as better person.  Take a nice hot bath with scented oils and organic soaps to make your body feel good.  Invest in a foot spa and relax your feet.  You can also invest in some nature soothing calming music/ classical music.  In conclusion, We as humans are wonderful, phenomenal and beautiful.  So start acting like it and enjoy and love your life!!!
