Sooooo you are wondering what is this icky drink. Well, it's a drink that I am drinking 4days a week for breakfast and lunch. It's a drink with fresh herbs, chai tea, ginger, cinnamon and fresh strawberries. I am not on a diet, I just started doing this as a new cleansing routine for my body. It taste good and it's filling.
I especially do this because I don't have time to eat a lot when I am teaching my kids. I just drink healthy liquids. Spring cleaning your body is fun when you make it enjoyable!!!
