Tip of the Day: Pamper Yourself!!!!








     Hello Kawaians!!! I just love taking hot baths in the morning after my yoga.  Light candles when you are taking a bath.  It's relaxing and calms your nerves.  It's also great to use olive green tea soap by Nubian Heritage (a really good brand to use). 
     A cup of cappuccino and a nice wisdom book to top it off is great.  It's always a trend and fashionable to be relaxed and pampered!!!!
