Hello my Sunflowers! It is Monday! A fresh new week, a fresh new you! I am excited for this week. My creative daughter started school today! YAY!!! I am so proud of her. She is officially a first grader. I am doing a "mini reni" (small renovation). I am creating an art studio, relaxing area and work/ learning area for my daughter and I. I am a love of knowledge in every way and I love to share information. When I share knowledge to my daughter, I make sure I create an effective environment for my child. SELF-WORTH AND SELF-ESTEEM I honour myself by doing things that please me, not only those that please others. I am empowered as I release the need to live up to other people's unrealistic expectations of me. When I respect and approve of myself, others will naturally do the same. I teach others how to treat and respect me by how I treat and respect myself. I know I am worthy of love and respect. The boundaries I create with others acknowledge my self-worth.
