Printed leggings are fashionable when they are worn correctly. Never wear leggings when you are wearing a shorter top. It sends the wrong message!!!. You want to wear a longer top when wearing leggings. Be presentable and fashionable. Printed leggings should be worn with a mono-color top most of the time. Sometimes you can pull it off with a lace top or dual color top.
