Healthy Lunch: Hummus and Cucumber Sandwich on a Croissant
I always love the way people eat healthy all the time. I started to eat really healthy with my friends. From Monday thru Wednesday, we do not eat white or red meat and we just eat fruit and yogurt. So I was trying to find some healthy but yummy snacks I can do. So I decided to make a hummus and cucumber sandwich on a croissant bread.
All I did was put a few slabs of hummus inside the croissant, put slices of cucumber, sprinkle some pepper on op of the cucumber and TADA!!! You have the sandwich. I served it with cut up strawberries and some Lactaid whole milk on the side. It was refreshing and fulfilling. Try it! you might like it!!!
