Me in NYC
Earlier this
year I went to New York with my boyfriend for his birthday. We stayed with his aunt in a cute
brownstone in Brooklyn, Fort Green. I had a great time there. Our first day out, we were going
downtown to Dylan’s Candy Bar. So
I wanted to be chic and sleek.
Since it was wintertime, I wore expressive black.
I bought my
leather look pants from Arden B, the hat was my dad’s army hat from Vietnam
from the 1960’s, I made my pin that was attached to my hat, I made my tie
necklace, I bought my boots from the shoe department, My dress and sweater is
from H&M, my Anne Klein purse, Jones New York scarf and my sleek gloves.
This black was
great to wear to NYC downtown because it was comfortable and stylish. I received a couple of compliments that
I look really nice. NYC was fun
and I will always go back. I was in a NEW YORK STATE OF MIND!!!
