Food/Drink:  Parfaits in the Morning, Noon and Night 



Parfaits are so good and healthy. I love parfaits in the morning, at noon for a snack and even at night for dessert or for a late night snack.  When you have ingredients to make a parfait, you can cut down on the other sweets. Parfaits taste so good, it make you feel like you are eating an ice cream sundae.  I put fruit, crushed up Special K cereal (blueberry), vanilla and strawberry yogurt, crushed pistachios, mandarin oranges, almonds and bananas. 








You can put different kinds of ingredients in a parfait.  You can go to www.foodnetwork.com to find recipes. The first two pictures are the parfaits that I made. I serve it in a martini glass to give it a chic look.  Who says you have to drink alcohol in a martini glass.  Get tipsy on a healthy kick!!!
